We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-focused Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to join this NZ Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customer's business requirements and translating them into effective BI, data, and analytics solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including working with customers to define and understand their business requirements. Previous consulting experience and knowledge of Azure data and analytics platforms, as well as some of the more traditional Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS, is an advantage. You should also have a strong background in cloud data and analytics platform architectures, data architectures, SQL-based software development, and good dimensional modelling skills.

Polished written and presentation skills are essential, as is a strong desire to deliver top-quality results for customers. Experience in moving to a cloud environment would be advantageous.

You may be based in either Auckland or Wellington, there will be some domestic travel required. As a consultant, you will work with a wide range of customers across public and corporate sectors, providing exposure to interesting challenges across industries.
