**What you'll be doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Document and maintain data flows within MitoQ’s data and BI environment.
- Ensure business reporting requirements are captured and are well-defined, communicated and documented.
- Source, transform, sanitise, and combine raw data from multiple sources, into a common format to produce meaningful data for analysis.
- Present meaningful and easy-to-understand analysis to key stakeholders in a way that is logical and compelling.
- Maintain and improve data quality and process improvements to ensure data is valid and accurate.
- Ownership and continuous improvement of MitoQ’s Datawarehouse.
- High-quality development of dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI.

**Experience Required**:

- 2-5+ years of experience working with enterprise grade Data Warehouses
- 2-5+ years of experience in a BI Developer role
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to explain complex concepts and metrics to non-technical people
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Developing, enhancing, optimising, and maintaining Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards to support business use cases
- Using Power BI to translate technical, analytical, and numerical data into simple, clear, and meaningful insights
- Contributing towards developing and implementing an overall data strategy and data governance framework
- Advanced data visualisation skills
- Full product data management within a commercial environment (i.e. managing backlogs, managing pipelines, releases (including versioning), managing the UAT process.
- Exposure to MS Dynamics (ERP) beneficial but not essential.
