**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**
As our team continues to grow in Hamilton, we are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator to join our busy team. No two days will be the same, providing new opportunities and challenges to diversify and grow your experience. The scope of the role will reflect the enthusiasm and energy, you can expect to have a blend of supporting our Section Manager and providing support to the broader Hamilton team by providing administrative support to our projects. From organising and coordinating events and meetings to using your strategic and creative thinking to lift how we work together and with our clients, this is an opportunity that will bring true variety to your day.

You are an experienced administrator who is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, you’ll be calmly efficient. Savvy with Microsoft Office 365, you’ll be confident in document presentation, also with an eye for detail in helping to manage project-related data. Your initiative and commitment to taking an active role in the goals, culture and celebrations of the team will ensure your success and enjoyment.
