**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

In this brand-new role reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for running the programme governance and cadence frameworks and ensuring all workstreams are able to adhere to a clear stage gated sign off process and are able to execute on their initiatives. This is a key role in leading the transformation with a high degree of problem solving and stakeholder engagement. This role leads a team of experienced transformation coaches to support the workstream leads and initiative owners through the transformation.

**What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi nei**

We're looking for a Programme Director / transformation manager who has some 'street cred' in driving company-wide change programmes and transformation. You are likely to have programme/ project management / production experience, possibly some executive coaching or sports team coaching, you are familiar with agile methodologies, coaching for performance, great with deadlines and are commercially savvy.

To be successful in this role:

- Wealth of experience managing large, complex programmes of work or as a Programme or Project Manager/Director.
- Track record in business analysis, project and programme management within a complex technical, commercial environment
- Commercial experience and driven by revenue outcomes in helping TVNZ to realise the benefits of its transformation
- Demonstrated experience in financial & commercial management principles as they relate to project management and delivery of a business case
- Experience in delivering / leading / working within successful transformation projects
- Confident stakeholder engagement and leading executive presentations and discussions Demonstrable knowledge and experience in business transformation and the delivery of strategic projects
- Influential internal communications and considerable skill in stakeholder communication and engagement (technical and non-technical)
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited
