What will you do?
As a Graduate Consultant, you'll learn from experienced Consultants and gain hands-on experience in:
· SP10 Job evaluation and other Strategic Pay products.
· Remuneration policy and reward strategy.
· Data analysis and reporting.
· Supporting client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
· Using our proprietary tools and methodologies.
· Building networks within the HR community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop technical expertise in a niche HR discipline while building consulting skills.
What we're looking for:
· A recent graduate with a degree in HR, business, psychology, economics, or similar.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
· Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
· A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving.
No prior experience in remuneration or consulting is required – we'll teach you everything
