**About the role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Data Support Person to join our friendly team at the Boston Road Branch.
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across designated key accounts, addressing concerns and requests, thinking outside of the box and working collaboratively to develop solutions.
**Primary tasks & duties include**:
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 45 hours (flexible between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm)
**What do I need'**
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work within a busy team environment Be highly self-motivated and customer focused with a can-do attitude Knowledge of structured cabling and technology industry (preferred)
Having worked in project coordination, or as a technician or electrician for a data cabling company or electrical contracting company would be beneficial
