About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers into our dealership. You'll guide them through the vehicle purchasing process, support them with honest advice, and ensure they receive exceptional service from their first visit to long after they drive away.

You'll also work closely with our Sales Managers to help prepare and present our new and used vehicle stock. From maintaining tidy vehicle displays to ensuring our display cards are accurate, you'll play an important part in showcasing our stock in its best light.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome.
  • Helping customers choose the right vehicle and supporting them through the entire sales process.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Personally delivering sold vehicles and ensuring a great handover experience.
  • Assisting with the preparation and presentation of new and used vehicles.
  • Making sure all display cards are accurate, tidy, and up to date.
  • Handling all enquiries professionally and in line with dealership processes.
  • Seeking fleet business and nurturing those relationships.
What You'll Bring
  • Sales experience (doesn't need to be in automotive).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adequate computer and administration skills.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to connect with people.
