**The Role**
We are looking for a talented Director, Product and Solution Marketing to play a pivotal role within our global Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing, you will be accountable for the marketing strategy of Seequent’s fast growing product and solution portfolio.
Your strategy and influence will help cement Seequent’s position as a leader in subsurface technology. As a strategic people manager and influencer, you will lead a team of passionate marketing managers, enabling them to build go-to market plans, take products to market, and execute a world class, B2B, product marketing strategy.

- Develop and lead on a set of programs, frameworks and plans that will ensure world-class B2B product marketing across the Seequent portfolio.
- Deliver and manage a global set of best practices for marketing products and solutions within our tech B2B market.
- Ensure our marketing strategy is tightly aligned with our commercial strategy.
- Lead, coach, manage and inspire a team of marketing managers to create marketing strategies that are both well thought through and connected.
- Work closely with product, sales, and training teams to create and maintain a leading sales enablement program.
- Utilise user data, competitor analysis, market research and marketing data to update and evolve the Segment strategy over time.
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field with 10+ years’ experience working in a senior level Marketing position in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- A successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in managerial positions while growing and scaling a marketing organisation.
- Experience with B2B Marketing, product, and solution marketing.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to understand and solve customers’ needs and distil insights from different data points.
- Experience managing high performing teams, across time zones.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- A customer focussed nature with strong commitment to delivering excellence to customers.
- Self-starter who is resourceful, open, and innovative.
