Our client is a family owned, kiwi business, run by a passionate team of experts in their field. Specialists in the hospitality field from award winning products to renown restaurants and event spaces, their brands create social moments consumers love.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the way in which their brands interact with consumers, communicating a clear message in a memorable way.
The core purpose of this role is to develop strategically creative marketing plans and execute brand campaigns that align to the needs of the business. With one direct report you will ultimately be responsible for:
- The development and delivery of brand plans
- Ensuring a consumer driven approach to new product launches
- Taking a lead role in portfolio expansion
- Creating a desirable social presence
They are looking for someone with an excellent ability to think strategically, have fantastic ideas of how to catapult new brands into market with cut through, have your finger on the pulse of market trends and demonstrate a track record of delivering consumer moments that matter. You can expect to play a vital role in the domestic and international sales markets.
To be in the box seat, you will be the type of person who is:
- Passionate about consumable brands, with experience in the liquor industry highly desirable
- 3-5 years’ experience managing brands, responsible for strategy and portfolio expansion
- Socially engaged with an ability to create an online personality that’s quickly adopted
- Love the hustle and know that success isn’t linked to marketing spend
- Innovative, fearless and an active team member
