Our Marketing team play a pivotal role in driving change and putting the brand and audience at the heart of everything we do. The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and execute a range of marketing and communications initiatives within our customer, adviser and bank channel. You’ll be working on a variety of projects that support us driving excellence in marketing and communications. This role plays a pivotal role in helping us continue our journey of transformation that is happening across the organisation.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead in the end-to-end planning and execution of a variety of marketing projects.
- Lead the day-to-day development and execution of the customer marketing plan.
- Work with our key external sponsorship partners building a 12-month plan to execute.
- Driving a digital test and learn marketing plan.
- Support with the development of a range of customer facing collateral.
- Working with agencies from brief to execution.
- Leading and managing a fantastic Marketing assistant.

**What you’ll be bringing.**

You’ll bring a broad marketing toolkit. You can think strategically, build a communications plan and pull that all the way through to delivery. You can do a bit of copy writing, have a good eye for design, work alongside agencies to create content and have experience in developing and managing paid and owned marketing campaigns.

You are highly collaborative, feel confident to work alone to drive projects and are structured in your daily work. You communicate well and are motivated and driven to deliver.

Together with this you hold:

- A tertiary qualification, ideally in Marketing
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- People leadership experience.
