The New Zealand Marketing Manager is an integral member of the leadership team, responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to create awareness, traffic, conversion and retention for our clinics. They will do this through the use of PR, Creative Services, Advertising, Strategic Relationships, as well as Event, Channel, Online and Direct Response Marketing. In addition, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of sales, profit growth, and brand equity while ensuring a marketing message and positioning consistent with the organization’s strategy in New Zealand.- Responsibilities- Oversee the day-today activities of the Marketing Department, including budgeting, planning and staff development.
- Develop, plan and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy to drive consumers into our clinics
- Manage marketing plan and align with sales leaders to test effectiveness
- Manage both internal staff and vendors in the oversight of all print and electronic communications and marketing collateral, including website, mailers and advertisements.
- Utilize market data, consumer research and insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and needs in the market that will promote sales and create new revenue streams.
- Coordinate with both field sales operations and the contact centre to direct appropriate messages and targeted outreach.
- Develop and/or evolve analytical framework for all strategies and tactics including variable testing and segmentation. Leverage analytics tools across various channels to develop insights into prospects and optimize content.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**
- Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience including at least 2 years in the Consumer space.
- Retail, direct response marketing and consumer health marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong focus on Performance marketing and CRO
- Experience managing effective marketing programs in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
