As a critical member of our sales operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our branch. From managing sales orders to providing exceptional customer service and handling dispatch responsibilities, you will be the face of our business, dedicated to driving sales performance and delivering top-notch support.

**Salary Range**: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience/skillset)

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Managed customer queries logged orders in our ERP system (NetSuite) and handled general office administration tasks.
- Engage with existing clients to promote products/services and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to The Roofing Store's processes and procedures in all order processing activities.
- Assist in dispatch by loading customers' orders onto trailers using forklifts.
- Provide general sales support administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in sales administration and dispatch coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
