Your new role

Reporting to the GM Technology and Delivery, you will be in a hybrid role combining Agile coaching and leadership and key functions of the Release Train Engineer.

You will be responsible for:

- Thought leadership across the Agile spectrum.
- Set the standards and the language, whilst enabling an Agile culture across the business
- Improve teams and leadership groups, to increase collaboration, innovation, and introduce techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility to better serve QBE customers.
- Providing agile coaching across to Senior Leadership, value streams and or large-scale projects.
- Facilitate Agile Release Trains (ART) events, communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk and drive improvement.
- Work with the Product Manager for delivery of Run, Change and Transform work across Squads

About you

With a passion for people, business improvement and taking the business on a journey you will:

- Be an experienced an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer
- Have worked on large scale transformations at leadership & enterprise level & are confident with stakeholder & senior leadership relationship management
- Have led complex scale change to agile ways of working using SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
- Have proven experience & results in partnering with vendors and suppliers, in particular IT, business consulting and outsourcing providers.
- Be certified in either relevant Lean, Agile, or Scaled Agile certifications.
