**Big Daadys Limited**currently looking for a passionate Full-time Retail Shop Assistant to join our team in Christchurch. We are looking for someone who brings their A-Game when it comes to helping our customers find that perfect beverage for every occasion and thinks outside of the box to turn customers into our biggest fans

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa

**Qualifications & experience**
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time employment as business requires (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Demonstrates strong comprehension, written, and oral communication skills.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to customers and team
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to count cash and make change accurately
- Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of products and services
- Good level of physical fitness
- This job requires the ability to perform the following: Frequently standing and moving Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds Handling objects, products, and equipment safely Bending, kneeling.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide high levels of customer service, driving sales, handling difficult situations, demonstrating organizational skills, multi-tasking
- Inventory control
- Assist in stock-take and reviewing orders
- Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and buyer team
- Communicate with General Manager for business and store team needs
- Ensures all pricing, signage, and display information is correct
- Store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, bathroom
- Receiving the new deliveries from the supplier and refilling the stock

In return we provide a competitive pay rate of $28 -$30 per hour and a great working environment. We guarantee a minimum 30 hours of work each week.
