**About the Role**
Reporting into the National Manager Marketing and Communications, this role will maintain oversight of processes, systems and procedures that support our Donor Relations teams across the country.
This role ensures there are nationally standardised processes for our Donor Relations teams, along with developing and implementing systems to help operational donor recruitment and retention. You'll be working alongside another Support Officer - with this role focusing on the Central and Southern teams.
Among the responsibilities of this role are developing and rolling out training to our donor relations coordinators, and being instrumental in the ongoing development, training and maintenance of our customer and donor relationship management systems, so familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
Multitasking and building relationships are a key component of this role and would suit a collaborative person with excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
Working with stakeholders within the business, this is a role requiring someone to hit the ground running - knowing who and how to influence while working with stakeholders.
**About You**
You will be an excellent communicator with minimum 4 years' experience in role that involves identifying best practices and standardising procedures.
You will be highly organised and have excellent stakeholder management skills as well as having an background in training and development.
You will have excellent relationship management and influencing skills. You will be collaborative and driven by the organisations values.
You will be innovative in your approach and enjoy hands on work.
You have the ability to work autonomously and be able to travel regularly to NZBS sites nationwide.
