**Tō tūranga hou | Your new role**
- Work with diverse, high calibre customers, accelerating your understanding of the world of work
- Coordinate and manage weekly timesheets, including expenses and POs for multiple accounts
- Engage with temporary workers and contractors providing regular communication throughout their assignments
- Be solutions orientated handle incoming enquires for payroll and contract extensions
- Ensure data integrity and compliance standards are maintained working across multiple software systems.

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds, ideally you will have direct experience within customer service, call centre or administration. Either way, we know you are:

- Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and able to work to KPIs and goals
- Professional and confident in your communication skills, both verbal & written
- Proven time management skills and ability to show a sense of urgency with tasks
- Able to adapt with technologies and comfortable working across multiple platforms
- Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
