**The role**:
As a Machine Sales Coordinator with us, you will coordinate and facilitate all the activity and processes involved in the sale of heavy equipment machines from quote acceptance through to invoicing and delivery.

You will issue work instructions to the workshops, raise purchase orders, receipt invoices, monitor active orders and ensure on time delivery, liaise with our sales reps and prepare stock for demo days.

This is a busy role that will challenge your time management skills and your ability to multitask - keeping track of numerous machines simultaneously. Everything you do is to ensure that all purchased machines are ready for our customers as per their order. You will be fully supported by your team and the wider Terra Cat network.
