The Role
You'll work closely with Sales Consultants, Drafting, and Project teams, coordinating contracts, client communications, and supplier interactions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping projects organised and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Contracts & Land Purchase
- Prepare and coordinate contract requests, including specifications, approvals, and documentation.
- Manage land purchase contracts, find suitable land options, and assist in pricing discussions.
- Liaise with landowners, developers, and legal teams as needed.
Planning
- Collaborate with drafting teams to create suitable plan options and changes for clients.
- Assist in the ordering of geotechnical reports (Geotechs) and surveys.
- Arrange window quotes and consent forms.
- Help administer variations.
- Answer questions from internal stakeholders.
Contract & Supplier Follow-up
- Create and manage folders for contracts (e.g., white folders), monitor progress, and update as needed.
- Coordinate landscape plans, window quotes, and other supplier quotes.
- Obtain developer approvals (preliminary and full) and monitor the approval process.
Project & Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding terms, schemes, variations, and project progress.
- Monitor client communication and update project managers and the sales team monthly.
- Create variations when necessary and assist with additional project documentation.
Adhoc & Additional Support
- Assist with new systems, spreadsheets, and process improvements.
- Support the sales team with plans, pricing, and project documents.
- Assist with council-related tasks, subdivisions, and development activities.
- Review contracts and specifications.
- Participate in site walk-throughs when applicable.
- Maintain communication with developers regarding land availability and project updates
About You
- Prior experience in real estate, land development, or property investment.
- Strong understanding of contracts and land acquisition processes.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Motivated, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented.
