Are you ready for a role that’s both challenging and rewarding? Terra Cat, New Zealand’s trusted Caterpillar dealer is looking for a dedicated Machine Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The role:
As a Machine Sales Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations. You'll be the critical link to ensuring that sold machines are efficiently built and delivered precisely to our customers' specifications. Your responsibilities will include issuing work instructions to workshops, managing purchase orders, handling invoices, and closely monitoring active orders for all allocated machines.

This is a fast-paced position that demands exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. You'll need to track multiple machines simultaneously and provide accurate progress reports. But don't worry, you'll have the full support of your team and the extensive Terra Cat network.

About you:
To succeed in this role, you will:

- Possess strong coordination and computer skills, with intermediate Excel skills (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
- Have outstanding communication skills.
- Thrive under pressure, maintaining a calm, professional, and composed demeanour.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
- Be process orientated with excellent attention to detail.
