Based in Northcote, our Store Support Office is home to over 1000 team members who work in centres of excellence, supporting all brands and locations across the Group while our purpose at The Warehouse Group (TWG) is ‘Helping Kiwis live better every day.’
**Job Description**:
We're now on the search for an exceptional Administrator to join and support our enthusiastic Sales Lead team for the three big brands - The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming. The work will centre around managing their day to day administrative tasks such as:
- Diary management
- Travel bookings
- Fleet management support
- Event and meeting coordination
- Reporting
- Audit follow ups
- Issue tracking and surveys
- Invoice coding
Your input will be valued by this supportive team, and the role has scope to develop over time.
**Qualifications**:
If you are someone who is thorough, has a strong eye for detail and really good problem solving skills this role could really suit you Success will come with your ability be a helpful and trusted team member and live the Agile attributes such as collaboration and a growth mindset in our busy ever-changing environment.
Ideally you would also have:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Strong organisation skills
- Resilience, empathy and humour
