**Job Description**:
In this role, you will provide a high level of service supporting the post commercial sales process. This role works alongside the TWGB field team, providing assistance with the quote and sales process for commercial orders ensuring the customer has a seamless experience throughout.

You will be responsible for quoting, pricing, processing sales, monitoring stock & delivery schedules, following up on delivery, liaising with both customers and suppliers and responding to requests from the commercial sales team.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for thoroughly customer-focused individuals who are truly passionate about ensuring we keep the customer at the centre of everything we do. Thorough, strong eye for detail, top notch critical and problem solving skills - this describes you down to a t. Success will be summed up with your ability to execute all of the above duties by being a helpful and trusted advisor to key stakeholders such as suppliers and our team members across TWG.
