**ACR Coffee Roasters Administrator**

**The Pitch**

**Your Impact**

As a team administrator, you will be supporting the team to drive efficiency in the day to day running of the coffee business. Your primary focuses will be supporting our sales team and customers, enabling the smooth running of internal and external events and keeping all ACR processes & documentation up to date.
- Proficient in Excel and SAP for customer billing and reporting
- Diverse role with cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and NPD
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Key focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building

**About You**

Strong organisational skills and self-motivation are essential for success in this role. Coupled with an autonomous mindset, these qualities will set you on the path to achieving excellence.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an Administrator or Coordinator role
- Motivated, well-organised, and self-sufficient with a proactive mindset
- Takes initiative and ownership of role and personal development
- Passion for the coffee industry and our brands is essential for success
