**The Role**

We are looking for a Delivery Coach to join our EPMO team in a permanent, fulltime position. The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to drive effective ways of working across our Strategic Change portfolios using contemporary delivery practices and tools. The role will include coaching at team level, at organisation / portfolio level, as well as driving agility in the design and implementation of our delivery frameworks.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Jumping into teams and programmes of work to consult and coach on contemporary delivery practices
- Identifying opportunities to influence changes in ways of working, both at team/initiative level and at scale, to improve the performance of our delivery system
- Evoking curiosity and growth, through peer-to-peer learning and engaging training / upskill
- Working hand-in-hand with your team to grow a valued coaching service
- Contributing to the design and implementation of delivery framework.

- You have a customer centric, value driven, outcomes focussed mindset. When combined with your experience in a variety of different delivery roles, this allows you to support leaders and teams to adopt new modern ways of.
- You’re pragmatic in your approach and work with teams to find the best path for the challenge at hand.
- A comfortable communicator - you can run a workshop, provide vision to a room full of stakeholders, or create the one-on-one connection needed to evoke change.
- A listener - you are not afraid of silence and are humble enough to know that you don't have all the answers
- You nurture strong connections to become a trusted advisor, collaborating to provide insightful feedback and give teams the confidence and space to try new things.
- You meet teams where they are at in their transformation journey, supporting them with acceptance and guiding them to understand where there are opportunities for improvement.
- You're a lifelong learner and connected to your Agile community
- You are tertiary qualified in either IT or Business
