Located in Wellington, New Zealand - Urban Fitness has been operating for over six years and in that time, we’ve built a reputation of being the best gym of its kind in the boutique fitness realm.

Affiliated under the name CrossFit Pōneke” we cater for a diverse community of members and pride ourselves on our three core values: Community, Integrity and Progress.

We have enthusiastic team of coaches of which you’ll work closely with to grow our community in their well-being journey. Like most CrossFit and functional gyms you must be willing to coach some early mornings, lunchtimes and evenings.

Highlights of the role include:

- A competitive coaching salary
- Ability to use the facility for own training
- Ability to use the facility for personal training for own additional revenue
- Monetary incentives for competing at domestic and intentional competitions
- CrossFit level 2 or higher
- Current first-aid qualifications
- Proven ability to coach CrossFit classes and athletes of all skill levels
- Be competitive as an RX athlete

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
