The opportunity:

- As a Customer Service Consultant in our Adviser Relationship Team, you will be providing assistance over the phone to our Advisers & Insurance Managers.

- About the role:
- Take in-bound calls from Advisers and Insurance Managers, assisting with policy queries.- Provide accurate, prompt and well written communications to Advisers and Insurance Managers.- Create quotes using one of 12 individual quoting tools across Excel, Internet Explorer & Microsoft database.- Assist with classified medical requests for internal & external parties.- Retain business by creating loyalty in clients through an outstanding customer experience.- Make good commercial business decisions and adhere to internal processes and business guidelines.- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business.About you:
- Experience working as a Key Account Manager or in a Contact Centre role.- Proven customer service and relationship building experience.- Able to confidently manage difficult conversations, provide conflict resolution when required and enjoy problem solving.- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.- Previous experience working on multiple IT systems and have a tech-savvy mindset.- Awareness and/or understanding of insurance/banking products (preferred).
