About the role
We are recruiting for our next intake of Customer Service Consultants As part of our Contact Centre whānau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing. Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime. (You must be a NZ Resident, NZ Citizen or AUS Citizen to apply)
Start Date: Tuesday 20 January 2026
Hours of work: Our contact centre operates Monday through to Friday between 8am-5.30pm.
Location: Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland
Onboarding & Training: You will receive comprehensive 5 weeks of training followed by mentoring to set you up for success.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be supporting our members by managing enquires via all contact channels, in line with our brand and value expectations.
What will your day look like?
Display consistently high levels of professionalism, and follow through to resolution as appropriate
Demonstrate effective contact management, ensuring maximum productivity is achieved
Display customer service that strongly aligns to our brand promise of 'we're with you.'
Demonstrate care in moments of vulnerability, and appropriate professionalism in all interactions
Provide appropriate options to support best member outcomes.
About you:

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings
Some Contact Centre experience preferred but not essential.
