We are looking for someone to join our Noel Leeming Admin/Customer Service team and walk the talk of providing excellent customer service to our customers
**Job Description**:
As an Admin Team Member/Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience for our customers in store. Yes we offer awesome products but we know our customers purchase from us because we also offer them expert service. In this role, you will deal with all repair related enquiries for customers and the store. Liaising with repair agents, suppliers, and customers to ensure the best possible outcomes and quick efficient turnaround of product repairs.
You will also take responsibility for and proactively resolve customer issues as they arise and you will do all you can to meet customers' expectations.
**Qualifications**:
Firstly, you are passionate about customer service While it would be ideal if you had some contact center experience, we are interested in those who live and breathe our values and can;
**OWN IT**: Be a reliable and responsible and team member who can work independently.
**THINK CUSTOMER**: Have experience in providing exceptional customer service, whether this be in a contact center, retail, hospitality (to name a few).
**DO GOOD**: Able to use high attention to detail and maintain a high level of service while working under time constraints.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen.
- With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you’ll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
- Computer literate with a strong eye for detail
- Up for the challenge of working to target and KPI’s
- Adaptable and of course passionate about our customers
- Microsoft office

You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm (Monday - Friday)_**
