**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Our Leisure Centres are more popular than ever, and as a Lead Team Member (Fitness & Customer Service) you will support a variety of different centres as and when needed.

By taking on additional roles you’ll have the opportunity to pick up more shifts than you would solely as a Fitness Instructor, so you can flex your hours up or down to suit your availability week-to-week. In doing so, you’ll be able to deliver outstanding, safe, and diverse customer experiences across our pool and leisure facilities.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

Excellent communication skills, maturity, and reliability are key in this role as is being practically minded and using your initiative where required.
- You’ll be a keen team player with a flexible approach.
- You’ll be comfortable to ask questions and build your knowledge to be able to use your initiative to provide innovative and appropriate fitness solutions.
- With impeccable time management skills, you’ll be confident with administrative tasks and processes.
- A recognised fitness-related qualification is required and knowledge of fitness training including fitness testing and monitoring of clients is advantageous, also holding a current **REP's Certificate, Exercise Consultant Level 2, and First Aid Certificate.**

Our centres are open 7 days a week so flexibility will be key, with early morning shifts from 5:00 am and late shifts up to 10:00 pm as well as weekends.
