The Customer Support Specialist is a point of contact for our New Zealand and export customers. This role coordinates with relevant stake holders to have complete case ownership and to deliver customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Department Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, production, logistics and other internal and/or external teams
- Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request is in place
- Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process
- Participating in customer support related development projects (e.g. tools, competences, resources)
- Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information service and developing, implements, and maintains customer support processes
- Co-ordinating domestic and export delivery logistics and supporting P&L with Inventory management

**Your background**:

- Minimum of two years in customer support in related or similar industry
- Experience in Advanced Microsoft suite especially excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and relate to internal and external customers
