**What you’ll do**:
To process customer order accurately with agreed lead time and work cross functional providing world class customer service. This position allows to interact with internal and external stakeholders and drive results with best system and processes.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Order Processing for commercial orders, sample orders and inter-company orders for resellers
- Check customer’s PO, validate quotation and PO price, payment terms, product code etc.
- Create orders in SAP and send order acknowledgement to customer
- Review open orders, clean up back orders together with AMs and monitor order status
- Handle country regulation (Shelf life) or customer’s requirements (no. batch, specification, etc)
- Escalate credit block release with Finance backend office
- Obtain necessary approval for Credit & Debit Note requisition

**You bring**:

- Tertiary Qualification and or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in local trade requirement
- Knowledge of international shipping practices & Incoterms.
- Exposure in dealing with various countries in the Region
- Strong solution-oriented and customer centricity
