**Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor**who is responsible for supervising the work activities of the cleaning and laundry staff in ourfacility and ensuring the high standards of housekeeping are maintained.
**THE ROLE**:
- Coordinate resources to ensure all functions related to housekeeping are delivered and maintained to a high standard
- Coordinate and lead the housekeeping team in the delivery of housekeeping services in accordance with legislative and Ultimate Care's standards and requirements, ensuring respect is upheld to the environment of each resident
- Comply with and exemplify behaviours that are consistent with legislation, and other requirements relevant to the role
- Work as part of a team to ensure residents are supported in their independence, physical, psychosocial, social and wellbeing
- Contribute to a safe workplace: comply with legislative and organisational requirements and be accountable for own decisions and actions
- Undertake housekeeping functions to appropriate hygiene standards
**YOU WILL**:
- Be able to demonstrate work experience supervising a team
- Demonstrate abilities of interact with the facilitys wider community in a positive, friendly and professional manner
- Have experience working within a hospital, health or aged care environment
- Have knowledge of the relevant legislations, standards and compliance requirements
