**About The Role**:
Our client has an urgent need for an experienced Administrator to help out a fast pace team for a 3-month temporary contract.

**Key Duties In This Role Include**:

- Set up Customer Relationship Management projects for the team
- Maintaining and updating the CRM data as necessary
- Coordinating, tracking, and updating projects in line with the managers and Advisors
- Provide reporting on projects to the Advisor to ensure other reporting can be delivered on time
- Ensure that colleagues and key stakeholders are kept informed on the progress

**About You**:

- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure when working to deadlines
- Proven administrative skills, with an eye for details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and confident
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not necessary
- Experience in the education sector is beneficial but not necessary
