**Introduction**:
As one of NZ's leading Security companies, we have a fun and fast paced Events department. This position works closes with our Event Services team to ensure the rostering requirements are met in a timely manner.

**Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
To coordinate the rosters of staff to ensure we can continuously provide service, in a manner which effective, efficient and with the highest possible quality of service to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Roster staff in correct places
- Communicate with a wide variety of staff to ensure they are in the correct place, at the correct time
- Understand the variety of positions for specific events
- Maintain relationships with clients and staff alike in order to successful work together
- Ensure specified service levels are maintained

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Required Skills**:

- Data entry, computer skills including a high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite of packages
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain and develop a positive working relationship with staff and clients
- Ability to work as a member of team
- Ability to make independent informed decisions

**Personal Attributes**:

- High standard of personal presentation and conduct
- Ability to manage tasks and a prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within time constraints
- Ability to use own initiative and experience to achieve and maintain maximum efficiency and productivity
