**Overview**

**Position**
Managing the businesses' full profile within the region, this role includes responsibility for leadership of all technical and business operations within the area and ultimately the achievement of commercial plans, profit targets and strategic objectives. Leading multiple streams of operations, strategy, and financial structures across numerous locations, building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and functional experts, as well as key customer management for large scale contracts and tenders will ensure delivery of results. With a large, diverse workforce, developing and maintaining team capability for elevated performance is a constant in the role.
**Person**
Characteristically for a leader at this level, you have proven commercial acuity and are experienced in supporting, evolving performance whilst driving dynamic operations across multiple sites. Strong leadership and end to end contract management experience is critical to success in this role; acknowledging relevance of logistics, project, HSQ&A, branch and workforce management roles in contributing to your overall commercial outlook. Aligned sectors are public transport, fleet management, logistics and transport services. Collaborative and forward thinking are the attributes that align to your peers with your curiosity, and process driven, action-oriented style having contributed to your success to date. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you have a confident influencing with a consultative presence and are comfortable empowering dynamic teams focused on achieving company-wide goals.
