**About The Role**:
Based in Auckland the Regional Manager - Northern is responsible for all aspects of management and leadership of the Allied Concrete operations in the Northern Region, including several branches and around 140 staff. Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic & annual business planning, plus the financial performance of the region
- Leading, inspiring and motivating the branch management and operations teams
- Leading a strong customer and service delivery focus
- Business development and the development of active marketing and promotion strategies
- Health & Safety, legislative compliance and quality management across operations.

**Skills & Experience**:
We are seeking a well-rounded and ambitious general manager with proven leadership experience and a high level of commercial acumen. You will:

- Have excellent communication skills with a genuine, down to earth and practical style
- Ideally have strong operational experience, leading across a branch or regional network
- Have a successful record of people leadership with a track record of coaching to build strong teams
- Be a good networker, building strong & trusting customer relationships at all levels, enjoying business development
- Enjoy working at both strategic and operational levels, but is focussed to work ‘on’ the business
- Preferably have relevant sector experience or in an associated industry.
