**About the position**:
We are seeking a motivated and competent individual to play a major part in the support and rebuild of our city. You will use your excellent attention to detail, teamed with a high level of initiative in order to provide exceptional administrative support services. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Code compliance certificate processing
- Risk management
- Authorising the issue of code compliance certificates.
- Providing top level customer service

**Our ideal applicant will**:

- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in administration, customer service and/or regulatory field.
- Have an understanding of the Building Act & Regulations would be an advantage but not essential.
- Have the confidence to provide advice based on sound judgment and make decisions with regard to code
- Be a champion for delivering excellent customer service,
- Be able to develop relationships that will instil confidence and trust with key stakeholders
