We are seeking a motivated and competent individual to play a major part in the support and rebuild of our city. Your key responsibilities will be code compliance certificate processing, risk management and authorising the issue of code compliance certificates. You will use your excellent attention to detail, teamed with a high level of initiative in order to provide exceptional administrative support services.

You'll have extensive experience in administration, customer service and/or regulatory field. You will be a champion for delivering excellent customer service, developing relationships that will instil confidence and trust with key stakeholders all the while ensuring that all of the important regulatory aspects are met.

A practical working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code as well as an understanding of the compliance documents across a range of construction projects would be an advantage, but is not essential. We are a supportive team and understand the value that each of us play in order to achieve our shared goals. Work in a vibrant, open-plan office right in the heart of all that the city has to offer.
