- Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Explains and provides information on employee benefits.
- Covers legal compliance for human resource requirements.
- Maintains employee records and paperwork.
- Answers employee questions and addresses employee concerns with the company.
- Organising meetings and managing databases.
- Booking transport and accommodation as required.
- Organising company events and conferences.
- Ordering stationery and IT equipment.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in supervising and monitoring of staff as instructed.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Assist in organising induction programmes for new employees.
- Attending meetings with senior management.
- Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and scheduled technical and cultural interviews with service line leaders/ designate and COO.
- Follow-up references.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
- Education: Graduate (Any stream)
- Customer facing role with communication skills? Preferred.
- Multi-national experience? Yes.
- Knowledge of AGILE best practices? Optional.
- Project management experience? Optional.
- Fixed-term/Permanent resource or short-term contractor? Permanent.
- Willingness to learn new methods? Yes.
