OJI Fibre Solutions is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country. Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.
The role based at our long-established specialty plant in Hamilton, is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will get involved in collating data for month end including financial information, purchasing of all materials, administering payroll, debtors, and creditors management.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Initiative
- A customer service focus
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills
- Numeracy skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement
- Efficient and organised approach to their work
- Ability to handle work pressure and deadlines
- SAP Experience
- Sound Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel
- Experience in Kronos or other computerised payroll systems

Work hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
