**Your new role**
- Processing of vehicle fuel cards and rego’s as well as keeping track of toll payments, police infringements and traffic violations
- Processing incoming mail Monthly stock take of stationary and consumables for the site as well as placing orders
- Assist visitors/clients with signing on and providing a site introduction
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including catering
- Create swipe passes for staff/contractors
- Ensure onsite security sheet is kept up to date
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant person / department
