About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Inventory and Logistics Manager to join our team. Reporting into our Supply Chain Manager, this role will provide critical support in managing our inventories and 3PL operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversight of all inbound, warehousing and outbound activities to ensure seamless/timely receipt and dispatches of goods. This also includes managing ad-hoc product quarantine and rework activities. Work closely with key stakeholders to resolve inventory and delivery issues.
Lead and accountable for all aspects of end-to-end inventory management and reconciliations with 3PLs to ensure highest integrity and accuracy of the stock records in WMS (M3 System)
Maintain SOPs and processes to ensure high standard of operations are achieved.
Monitor the Warehouse team’s adherence to procedures that are critical to inventory management (e.g. stock rotation FEFO, correct labelling of goods and other tasks) and promptly report any non-compliance to the Warehouse & Distribution manager for further action.
Lead and manage end to end inventory cycle count and yearly stocktake event with 3PL partners.
Maintain and manage internal Vendor Quality Management (VQM) documentation, warehouse site audit, compliance of food safety and quality policies with 3PL partners.
Organize and conduct periodic operations review meeting with 3PL partners. Maintain metrics and analyze KPI data to assess performance and implement solutions to facilitate efficient warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Performs other duties and assignments including providing back-up supports to 3PLs as and when necessary or as directed by management.

**Skills and Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years of experiences in the inventory control, warehousing and distribution operations, preferably within FMCG industry.
High level of self-motivation and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Highly numerate, analytically minded and high proficiency in excel to interpret and manage data with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in the use of WMS system, ideally M3 or equivalent.
Passionate in driving continuous improvement initiatives and best practice in operations.
An individual who is prepared to own a process and accept accountability for performance.
Diplomacy and tact to gain support and positive collaborations across all key stakeholders.
Dependable team player with ability to work well under pressure and to agreed timelines.
Proactive and Can-Do Attitude are a must, and a great sense of humour is a plus.
