Are you looking for a challenge? Do you have a passion for developing others? Are you able to learn new systems, process and procedures quickly? If you answered yes, then we have the job for you. We are seeking to Facilitators to join our team as we head into a high training demand period as we build capability and introduce new systems and ways of working to our kaimahi.Learning Facilitators play a key role delivering training to new and existing kaimahi within the Service Delivery and Operations Branch. With the ongoing introduction of new systems from the Te Ara Manaaki programme and building up staff numbers ahead of significant forecast increase for our services there will be a heavy reliance on training.
The Business Capability team are committed to delivering training that meets the needs of the business, aligns to our Target Operating Model and Learning Strategy. You will need to deliver blended learning solutions including eLearning, classroom and on the job methods. Facilitators also provide on the job coaching to support performance enhancement across the branch.
Working within a supportive team you will not be on your own with support provided as and when needed. You will be encouraged to bring and share your skills and experience with the team as we seek to continuously improve our performance.
You will need to be able to travel between Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with reasonable notice given.
