Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Precision Technology Specialist to join our Corporate Sales Team to cover our Cambridge and Hamilton branches.

**_About the role:_**
- Promote and sell Brandt's range of universal Precision Technology products
- Responsible for customer setup, optimisation and training.
- Support Sales and Territory Managers to ensure technology is a part of every discussion.
- Directly accountable for key KPIs in their territory.
- Be the key contact for all customers in your AOR.
**_ About you:_**
Aside from obvious sales ability, you will also be a passionate people leader, and advocate for continuous improvement, with a drive to succeed and see your team succeed.
- Success in a sales position,
- Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve the same success,
- Strong knowledge of the industry, and the wider agricultural sector,
- Proven success creating and maintain healthy profitable customer relationships,
- Solid understanding of the financial realities of asset and inventory management, budget management and pricing strategy.
- You will also demonstrate a growth mindset and express tangible opportunities to increase market share.
