Dealing with enquiries from within Spark and external stakeholders including other ISPs, Network providers/partners worldwide & the general public. You will gain an understanding of the technology and systems that make up the Spark Network and how they interact with each other and impact our stakeholders. You will be part of the Incident Team working collaboratively with NOC Engineers, Performance and Resolution Leaders in incident triage, to assist in resolving faults and notifying our internal and external stakeholders of unplanned outages As a member of the Change Team, you will be part of the team responsible for every change that occurs on our network, ensuring that all changes are carried out in accordance with Spark Change procedures ensuring that customer impact is minimized and notified.
