Network Information Data Quality Specialist

**About The Role**:
As a Network Information Data Quality Specialist, you’ll ensure Tuatahi’s network assets - from cables and ducts to pits and poles - are accurately captured and maintained in our systems. Reporting to the Network Information Manager, you’ll lead quality assurance, support data enhancements, and guide others in best practice.
Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day:
- Maintaining accurate, consistent geospatial network data.
- Interpreting design and as-built plans for updates.
- Overseeing data requests, system improvements, and compliance with security standards.
- Mentoring and training colleagues to lift capability.
- Partnering with design, field, and build teams to validate information.
- Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
**Essential**:
- Background in network topography and telecommunications.
- 10+ years’ experience with GIS, including ESRI Utility Network and ArcGIS Pro.
- Proven ability to manage and interpret Layer 0/1 network records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Desirable**:
- Tertiary qualification in telecommunications, engineering, or technology.
- Knowledge of GIS/AutoCAD, fibre technology, and network standards.
- Experience with install-test-operate-handover services.
