We are a company providing service of importing, exporting, wholesaling and retailing a variety of live seafood in Auckland, New Zealand.

We are now looking for an Operations Manager to plan, organise, direct and control the overall operations and management of the business.

Hours: 40 hours per week (Minimum 30 hours guaranteed)

Payrate: $56.00 to $65.00 per hour

**Job duties of the position offered -**
- Planning, organising, directing, controlling, coordinating, overseeing and streamlining the operations of the company which involves entire process of business operation from engaging with clients, purchasing from suppliers, monitoring projects, and following up the after-sell services, with aims at maximizing business profitability, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Convening business meetings with other senior managers, to plan, develop, update, and coordinate company’s operational goals, procedures, standards, and protocols to ensure that the

company will achieve the highest operation efficiency with maximum output and production.
- Coordinating managerial and supporting staff to ensure scheduled meetings, project timelines important customer dates and internal due dates are met in line with company's goals and

expectations.
- Maintaining the overall success of day-to-day operations by managing project statuses, project timelines, prioritising urgent projects.
- Motivating respective managers and senior staff of the relevant departments, to ensure high performance and conducing staff performance reviewing.
- Coordinating different departments of the company to maximize the company's potentials and growth.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to create the budgets and sales target (overall budget/target and budget/target for each department of the company).
- Formulating and employing policies, plans and strategies to enhance the company's performance and operations efficiency to ensure the company's growth.
- Providing operations improvement and innovation to support marketing initiatives of the company.
- Employing means to control company costs and effecting better business practices.
- Analysing the financial reports with the accountant.
- Maximizing the operating potential to exceed customers' expectations and company goals

**Requirements of the position offered -**
- At least five years relevant work experience or a Bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant business/management field is required
- Leadership and team player
- Be responsible and dependable
- Good at communicating, problem-solving and decision-making
- Clean police record
