**The main duties for this role include**:

- Managing the call cycle to ensure all clients are proactively contacted
- Actively identifying and executing sales opportunities on every call
- Managing the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer
- Providing excellent customer services on every inbound call
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities through outbound campaigns.
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Preparing, processing and submitting client invoices each month
- Previous experience with customer service and sales
- The ability to build long term internal and external relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- The ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
