Field Technical Support

Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a well-rounded and proactive Service Technical & Training Specialist (Tractors) to join our Product Support team based in New Zealand.

This role is to develop, manage and execute the delivery of technical support, product management and training on products offered by **CNHi **across the ANZ region.

**You will see yourself responsible for**:

- Developing, mentoring, and improving the technical competencies and knowledge of all relevant stakeholders to effectively and efficiently resolve technical concerns
- Developing, delivering, and releasing of tools and resources made available to the dealer network
- Developing, releasing, and managing Product Improvement Programs
- Contributing to planning and management of new model releases and product lifecycle management
- Reporting to Global Product Lines all and any potential legal, environmental or safety issues as well as performance issues
- Developing and delivering technical training programs

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Comprehensive technical experience and understanding of Agricultural / Construction equipment
- A Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be highly regarded
- High analytical problem-solving skills
- A thorough understanding of Service and Service Management functions
- The ability to work under pressure and changing priorities
- Good interpersonal skills, able to relate at all levels
- A Trade qualification or Engineering degree
- Self-starter, ability to high with a high degree of autonomy
