Professional and personalised communication skills are required at all levels of this role, along with a strong competence with technology and systems.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for Vehicle Stock Management, trade appraisals, some marketing elements, management of the sales team’s individual sales and goals, and most importantly providing an exceptional and personalised experience for our valued customers. This fast-paced role has a strong sales element, so the successful applicant will be confident in identifying business opportunities, adding to long-standing relationships and the ability to think outside the square. Putting our customer's requirements and wishes at the centre of what we do is an absolute must. Managing relationships with our suppliers and wholesalers, internal staff and working with our wider group management teams is another key part of this position.

Applicants with experience in vehicle sales management would have an advantage in this rewarding role, however we are seeking interest from applicants with experience in all fields of management and leadership.

The successful applicant will enjoy joining our team of 44 staff, with 10 people reporting to this position. We offer a vibrant company atmosphere with a clear direction and strong core values. The Timaru region has plenty to offer any out-of-town applicants. Some of NZ's best recreational outdoors are on our back door-step, 1 hour from Tekapo and the Mackenzie lakes, a gateway to Central Otago and 2 hours south of Christchurch. On-going personal development, a rewarding remuneration package recognising outstanding achievement and performance, plus use of a company vehicle, completes this position.
