Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Administrator to work with the close-knit team at Transpecs Wiri.

Reporting to the Auckland Distribution Manager, you will provide support to our team, internal and external customers, while maintaining positive customer relations. **Key duties include**
- Managing returns and processing customer stock credits
- Coordinating, plan and process inward freight consignments
- Assist in reporting incoming consignments & stock discrepancies.
- Generating purchase orders & collating time sheets
- Other administrative duties as required by the Distribution Manager

**About you**

Ideally, you will come with relevant warehouse administration experience, along with
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience using D365 and Microsoft Suite programmes (excel, outlook)
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and result oriented
- Self-motivated with a can-do team attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
